By accessing or using the PickMate platform ("Service"), available at pickmate.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

PickMate reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

PickMate is a sports prediction platform that provides data-driven football (soccer) predictions and analysis using machine learning models. The Service includes daily prediction picks, confidence scores, written analysis, bankroll management tools, and related features depending on your subscription tier.

PickMate is an informational and entertainment service. We do not operate as a bookmaker, sportsbook, or gambling operator. We do not accept, place, or facilitate bets on behalf of any user.

To access the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, username, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

PickMate offers paid subscription plans (Pro, Elite, and VIP) with monthly and annual billing options. Pricing is displayed on the platform and is subject to change with notice.

Payments are processed exclusively through cryptocurrency via our payment processor, NOWPayments. We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, USDC, Solana (SOL), and other supported cryptocurrencies.

Your subscription activates upon confirmation of payment on the blockchain. Subscription periods are calculated from the date of payment confirmation.

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions and the immediate digital access provided upon payment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on cryptocurrency payments.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to paid features, please contact us at support@pickmate.io and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute predictions or analysis from the Service
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service (unless using the official API with a VIP plan)
• Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or access controls
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free features or trials
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

All content on PickMate, including but not limited to prediction data, analysis text, algorithms, models, software, design, logos, and trademarks, is the property of PickMate and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform.

PickMate does not provide financial advice, gambling advice, or betting instructions. All predictions and analysis are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Past performance of our models does not guarantee future results. Backtested results may not reflect actual real-world performance. Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable and no prediction system can guarantee wins.

You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions. PickMate is not liable for any losses incurred from acting on predictions or information provided through the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PickMate and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to PickMate in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

PickMate may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, fraud, or any activity that harms the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. No refunds will be issued for remaining subscription periods upon termination for cause.

PickMate strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect availability.

Prediction availability depends on sporting fixtures and our model processing schedules. We do not guarantee a specific number of predictions on any given day.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
